- social media profiles of single family home rental companies that you find and it is a good idea to run a check with the Better Business Bureau to find out about any complaints and legal issues that might be relevant for your search;
- Visit the properties of single family home rental companies – check how clean and well-maintained the property is, paying special attention to any repairs that look overdue. Try to talk to the tenants of the property to find out their opinions about the management of the property.
